However, under exceptional or unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take additional time, which you acknowledge and accept in pursuit of quality service.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation terms vary by service:

• Logo design orders can be canceled within 1 day of order placement.
• Website development orders can be canceled within 2 days.
• Digital marketing projects under development may be canceled within 5 days of placement.
• For ongoing monthly services, a 30-day notice period is required for cancellation.

Upon successful cancellation, 50% of the advance payment will be refunded—excluding cases involving ongoing monthly digital marketing or maintenance agreements. For partially completed projects (logo design, graphics, or web development), payment will be required for work already completed. Any remaining balance will be refunded.

Refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days. Delays may occur only in the event of technical issues.
